Nicola started her marketing career 13 years ago at Xerox, where one of her first roles included managing a PR agency to achieve excellent reviews for the Xerox Desktop Products Group. She was also directly responsible for significant revenue increases in staff sales and generating leads through a sales integration project.


As Marketing Manager for a European IT Management Consultancy eNiklas, Nicola was responsible for rebranding the company to reposition it in the SAS software market. This involved providing marketing services to no fewer than five European countries, ensuring brand consistency in marketing and sales literature.

Nicola was also Head of Marketing Services at Spring IT Personnel, part of the Spring Group, which has a turnover of around £290m. With a marketing budget of £500k, Nicola developed a marketing strategy that not only raised Spring’s profile, but ensured that the right tools were in place to aid sales in the delivery of products and services.

Since then she has undertaken a broad range of marketing projects for a variety of clients. For some, it’s been a one-off project such as a website. For others, she has taken a multi-faceted approach to achieve the client’s objectives.
